Today I was searching for my iPhone headset that has been missing for several days and I found it… it was in the pocket of my Apple jacket, wrapped in glowing green Trident Mint gum after a record fifth time through the washing machine and dryer. RIP iPhone headset. At least your final trip through the wash left you minty fresh. I’ll be going to the Apple Store at Aspen Grove to buy a replacement tonight.
Thanksgiving was a great time filled with family, food and adventures around Denver. I look forward to Thanksgiving every year but this year we made a point of getting outside and enjoying some new sights and revisiting some familiar one’s like the Denver Zoo. One of the highlights this year was going to the lighting of the Denver City And County Building. It was a great time to hang out with family and sip free hot chocolate and munch on yummy cookies from the salvation army while it slowly started snowing and ended with Mayor John Hickenlooper flipping the switch to light the lights.
